XVIIe Sport & Collection - Pagani - June 2011

In 2009 Pagani we give us the honor of coming to Sport & Collection with the Zonda R. It has since traveled the world, but this has not prevented Horacio Pagani to come back with it this year to accompany the new Huayra.

Here is the man who gave his name to a company that has become prestigious sports car manufacturer: Horacio Pagani:

A Zonda S brought by Carugati, distributor of the brand in Switzerland, and a great friend of Pagani.

So back to the Zonda R that so impressed me in 2009. Its line is recognizable at first glance, clearly announces plans

In track, it does not hesitate to directly address the prototype endurance.

The Huayra was presented in Geneva last March. Here we have more time to discover it. As usual it is carbon, and our copy of the weekend is a pale pink metallic matt.

The details are with incredible finesse. Mastery of knowledge is impressive.

It's Horacio himself who introduce it to us. The mechanics is still signed AMG.

Inside there are also the details including the controls of the gear lever. In track we discover flaps that open to create support braking. Two front and two rear.

The Pagani are rare and prestigious cars. It is unusual to encounter, at a standstill and while driving. But having the chance to see them on track is a pure delight, especially at the hands of their creator. Congratulations Mr. Pagani.
